Pan Latin Cafe was founded by owner-chef, Sandy Kraehling with the mission to celebrate and serve latin foods in a manner which is consistent with nutritious, organic, fair-trade, single-origin practices.
Organic food and beverages of the highest quality are used wherever possible.
Pan Latin Cafe practices recycling and environmental conservation, along with daily composting in collaboration with Battery Park City's horticulture program.
We proudly support our local artists by providing a venue for their art shows and music. We also support our community's youth sports and events throughout Battery Park City.
