The vision of chef Sandy Kraehling, a Colombian-American, Pan Latin Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner - featuring foods, breads, coffees, wines, beers, and specialty items from every corner of the Latin world.   Every dish is lovingly created  with only the finest ingredients.  Owner-chef, Sandy Kraehling & co-owner John Kraehling, take pride in being a part of the Battery Park City community and downtown Manhattan.  Known for her delicious "signature" dishes, Sandy was   selected by Macy's Cellar as one of their guest chefs.
